This is how you can get the best out of it:

• Download it on to your PC or phone.

• Put headphones on

• Meditation time is 18m34s.

• Ideally have around 30 minutes of space that you don’t require to do anything and without distractions.

• You can do the meditation any time is best for you

• Sit down or lay down in a comfortable place (perhaps not your bed as your subconscious mind recognises this is a place for sleep)

• Drink some water before you start

• Dim the lights and ensure no distractions

• Take a few deep breaths in and out.

• Bring your focus and attention to your breath
