I spent years doing the work. And something was still missing.

Born in Cyprus, I grew up and studied in South Africa, qualified as a chartered accountant - and sat in front of spreadsheets feeling empty, drained and unfulfilled. Something inside me knew that wasn't it.
So, on 1 July 2009 I left that world.

What followed was over a decade of searching, learning and integrating.

I trained as a coach, became a trainer of coaches, studied family constellation therapy, somatic work, belief systems, trauma methodologies and deep shadow work.
I went deep into various frameworks as well as being instructed in deep metaphysical and spiritual principles.

And I kept hitting the same ceiling.

Not because the work wasn't real. But because every methodology I encountered was working at the level of the personality - the thoughts, the behaviours, the patterns.
None of them were asking the question underneath all of it:

Who decided you couldn't be yourself? And when?

That question changed everything.

Over 200 sessions I found the same thing at the root of almost every person I worked with regardless of how much work they'd already done. A single early decision, formed before they had the language to name it:

“I cannot be me”.

Everything else, the people pleasing, the repeat relationship patterns, the therapy that helped and then stopped, the success that felt empty, was built on top of that one unresolved moment.

That discovery became the foundation of everything I do.

Individually, all the methods I learnt were missing pieces of a puzzle - together they work as a complete system
so, I integrated them into THE KNOW YOURSELF METHOD.
